Progress with Purpose
We’re pleased to announce that Norton Rose Fulbright last week won the RAD Award for Best Recruitment Literature with ‘Progress with Purpose’. Geoff Neal have been working with the Global Law firm for over 5 years and also produce its multi award winning in-house magazine Re. This year’s Graduate campaign was the creation of leading agency Stafford Long & Partners. The trio of business have been working together on the Graduate Recruitment Literature for a number of years which this year, saw a different direction away from the traditional brochure to be have more of a magazine feel. This inspiration, in part came from NRF’s own internal magazine Re. which has always been so successful.
Re. is now printed on X-Per from Fedrigoni. NRF have always had fantastic photography and this stock was chosen as it gave fantastic ink lift whilst retaining the feel of an uncoated. After discussions about stocks and scatter proofing, Stafford Long decided to follow suit and use the same stock for the graduate literature. The print had a mix of white space and heavy ink coverage and the stock gave fantastic opacity for a 120gsm allowing the publication to still feel light and ‘magazine like’ in the hand.
Geoff Neal have become a champion for X-Per and a specialist at achieving the very best image reproduction on the stock. The stock has a ‘special treatment’ on both sides to enhance the surface and allow particularly bright and sharp print. Other sectors Geoff Neal are using X-Per for include Retail, Auction Catalogues, Automotive and Property which all benefit for the clean crisp image the sheet reproduces.
If you’d like to see samples of X-Per or discuss if it could be suitable for your next print project, please do contact the team at Geoff Neal who would be delighted to help bring your project to life.
